That photobook which Jorge uploaded IS THE BEST I'VE EVER SEEN. I love every single photo! Jae is sexy as hell! Junsu so precious! Changmin and Chun look freaking amazing in glasses! Chun smile is so adorable *.* Yuhno can be sexy and dorky in the same amazing way <333 (I don't know that these photos of him with white... t-shirt? are from this! I've been thinking he endorsed Calvin Klein LOL it makes photobook even better!)

January 2008, after downloading the whole Kuu discography :D Yeah, you can guess, LAST ANGEL was the first song I heard and I liked it so much that I started to search more about Tohoshinki :) But I already listened to jpop in February 2007 (to Ayu:heart).

Sucks that Junho will be overshadowed at his own showcase. But if not for Junsu, there's a good chance that many people won't show up. It's a double edged sword.

First time I heard about TVXQ was time after releasing MIROTIC (October or November 2008), they were everywhere on the Internet. I've loved MIROTIC MV and I decided to download the album. I was curious about that many names of the same group xDD I remember that I've liked only a title song and I was thinking "another generic boyband... No needs to get into them". But I thought that Changmin is soo handsome ;) Last year I've reminded about them, I've started to read information (luv u Omona <3), download discography, watching videos etc. I was so proud of myself that I can recognize and call every member :laugh And then that all lawsuit thing was happened. I was so sad and I felt sorry for all of them. I decided to support them, even it was and it is only being a normal fan. I can say now that I'm glad that I know them. I don't think I'll find better male group than them.
At first I didn't know that they were singing in LAST ANGEL, even I've been knowing that song earlier than Toho and even I was knowing Kuu for long time xD

LoL, I don't hate him, he's just not my fave out of all of them. Haha. He's okay. I'm personally not attracted to his looks and I think he dances second best after Junsu =P. Btw, is it just me but since he's spending so much time in Korea now, his Japanese has sort of declined just a tad? Well the accent especially.

But in regards to the latest development: Lee Soo Man figured that there was no way out of the hole he's in other than to resign. SM is no longer a reputable company. Everyone knows this now - even him - so avex probably thought now was a good a time as any to get out as well.

All this means is that avex will no longer be in charge of releasing merchandise from artists under the SM label in Japan and vise-versa. People have got to start thinking of TVXQ and Tohoshinki as separate groups. If you take away the fact that the boys are also TVXQ, this development wouldn't really effect Tohoshinki at all. All avex would really have to do is find another Korean record label, like JYP, to sell their stuff overseas instead. But it just so happens that SM is also TVXQ's record label, which makes things a bit tricky.

This is why avex needs a Korean label like they have in China. :P

But with that being said, hopefully now that Lee Soo Man has resigned, things can start getting resolved with our boys. I think avex sees this too, which brings me to my above point: they would be stupid to stay with SM, even if/when things do get resolved. Once that happens, they can easily jump to JYP or whatever label they choose along with avex to handle things in Korea.

There's also the option of just forgetting Korea all together and solely concentrating on Japan, but I don't think the boys have the heart to do that. Nonetheless, this is an AWESOME turn of events in regards to the lawsuit, so let's just wait and see what happens.

All he did was resign from his position as something of resignation. He is still their producer and as for the artists signed with Avex, they all have contracts so unless all of their contracts expire this year there is nothing to worry about. I also read they Avex is buying more shares so if that is true then there is nothing to worry about.

Hmm... well LSM resigning was definitely a good sign for us cos at least the whole contract lawsuit has a better turn now.

I seriously doubt avex would drop Tohoshinki off cos they're just starting to get hot in Japan. Sales from BREAK OUT! and BEST SELECTION 2010 should pretty much prove the point.

I think right now, we can safely say their Japanese activities are somewhat secure? Considering the ones who handle/release their Japanese stuff is avex after all.

Right now, it seems like the only two options left is for TVXQ to either go to a new Korean label, like JYP as you have said or QuestGroup holdings (is that even an artist management company?), OR they could, like you said, just drop their Korean activities on Japan, but that's really sad if it were to happen... Korea is their native country after all.

And this shouldn't only apply to TVXQ, but other artistes affected as well, like BoA.

And oh I use TVXQ cos I'm too lazy to type Tohoshinki. XD Generally I just call them TVXQ but if I really have to make a division, I would call them DBSK for Korean related stuff. ^^
