She has done collabs when it was on her own show or when she was using it for promotion like on SmapSmap, but I do not recall her having done a collaboration just for the heck of it. (which is what the majority of this years FNS set list was and last years too)

Actually, I'm pretty sure she just didn't have the time to collaborate with anyone. She was in LA for a whole month, and doing last minute works on her album, so she really didn't have the time to choose songs with people, go over arrangements, etc. If it's her own song, then she already knows how it's gonna be, but when you have to sing with a few other artists, you really need to sound good, and she probably just didn't have the time to spend on that. |
