This made me laugh so hard lol. Because it's true.

In love with the second pic and the one with Linkin Park's t-shirt (: I didn't know Kuu was a fan of them btw

Kuu usually dresses really nicely to me, but the outfits she deems as her favorite to me are kinda odd. But, that's Japanese fashion for you.

Off topic a bit: I have fallen in love with Anata Dake ga. After someone on here, I think it was NintendoHTF1242, referred to it as "one of her most godly ballads", I decided to listen to it again, I was like "what? this ballad isn't god- oh... oh my! This song is amazing!!!!!". I used to think it was like, boring as hell. I don't know what happened. It just clicked.

I wanna copy her style now, I'm such a Kuu stan, hahaha. Actually her clothes seem to be what I like to wear anyway, so that's pretty awesome. :heart

I'm so in love with these clothes omg. She has so many clothes that I could wear too and I really love that. And I feel such a hardcore Kuu stan now (which I've been since 2008 to be honest)~ :heart

Just go to the first sites of this thread and you will see what she did there last weekend. ;)

Minttulatte 16th October 2011 01:26 PM

Hmm, did I miss something or is it true that no one has ripped Ai to tomenaide or You are not alone PVs from the DVD yet? O_O I just realized I still haven't seen either of them. :(

lacus 16th October 2011 01:41 PM

On average there are just about 3 songs on a Koda Kumi album that I would really listen to, the others are just too bland or boring imo.
But I just love her live performances, they're so energetic and fun. Ans she seems such a cute and nice person. :)
Props to this woman. :D

I think Koda Kumi is just easy to stan for. Nothing more, nothing less. Her music particularly is very safe.

Got Kumi Dejavu glasses, I didn't know how they change colour, so I tried hot water first and was disappointed XD

No problem. :) It's a good thing I mentioned the missing PVs then. ^_^

And here is a fan report from yesterday's Dejavu Tour concert:

Quote:

I went to the Deja Vu concert today, Sunday, October 16th at Tokyo Kokusai Forum Hall.

It was amazing, I still have chills from the concert.

Before the concert she came out on stage wearing black clothes and looked beautiful (it reminded me when she came out before the Kingdom tour where she came out prior to the show) she talked about the earthquake, and she said she had a special machine with her at the concert to help save power (I couldn't understand what it was though)

Then she went backstage and got ready

During pop diva she came in flying on a ladder, and then ending the song by falling in a a giant pot.

The second song was black cherry (http://kumi-flash.blogspot.com/2011/...1-setlist.html this says differently but it could have just been for this show)

The third song was lollipop where she brought some people up on stage

When she played walk to the future, during one part she was wearing a yellow dress and there were tapestry hanging above her and they fell and when you could see kumi again (which was about 5 seconds later) her new dress was made of the same material as the tapestry and her old yellow dress was no where to be found.

During one of the encores she talked about the new show that ai wo tomanaide had a tie in with, and then talked about her involvement with aiding victims from the earthquake, when she saw the refugees and all the destruction she said she felt so powerless and that what she was doing was so small, (someone yelled sona koto ga nai meaning:that's not true) and she wished she could do more to help, she also encouraged everyone to download the certain songs that will help give money to the victims of the earthquake

she also played a short preview of her new single Love me Back (it was about 10 seconds) I can't really say much about it cause it was sooo short of a preview, but I can say that the images of the singles cover are very fitting for the song. It seems like an in your face pop song.

During the second encore she almost cried the whole time.

Lick me which was the last song, was really fun, she didn't sing much of the chorus because the staff let the first floor crowd run up towards the stage, where she grabbed everyones hands and everyone in the crowd tried to touch her, so it was impossible for her to sing and say hi to the fans at the same time, but it still was so much fun (i was on the second floor so i didn't get to run up) then right before she finished the song, she kind of fell into the crowd (kind of like a real quick crowd surf) for a second and then her dancers helped her get up, and she then did her really cool exit, through a pop up book.

When Koda Kumi was talking to the crowd she said that this was her 56th show (I believe) and that this was the biggest hall she had performed in on the tour (twice as big as the second largest) she said she really wanted to do this because she wanted to be close with her fans, as opposed to an arena where she feels so far away.

Also before the concert started she was joking saying the concert was 2-3hours but with mcs it was 5 hours, the whole concert hall laughed.

Notice the mention of "Black Cherry" as the second song on the tracklist. :heart Don't know if it was a typo but if she really sang it then OH. MY. GOD. O_O

maze 17th October 2011 06:24 PM

^ they meant "Black Candy" as it's the second song on the setlist ^^

AyuHamasaki01 17th October 2011 07:08 PM

^I like both songs but it would've been cool if she performed Black Cherry :yes
