It will have 2 versions: a story one and a dance one.
Director is Chen Yi Ren, he directed MVs for Elva Hsiao (LoVe, Biao Bai), Rainie Yang, Show Luo, Sodagreen...

They do provide tracking numbers, it takes around 6-8days to reach me (France)
Last time I ordered, shipped on a Monday, received on the Saturday of the same week! That's usually fast, but I guess it depends of where you live :)
