After the A Best Live CD à la Andy Warhol, now we have logo à la Roy Lichtenstein. Well, I'm waiting to see what there'll be behind this logo. However, I'll never wearing a T-shirt with this logo.

its not a stretch to say it looks like Gaga when the drawing is minorly detailed, the hair is pure yellow and pop art is associated (within mainstream artists) much more with gaga.

Not in this case, Ayu is actually looking like Gaga. Much like in the scene where she is leaving the prison in Telephone.

It's just the drawing problem cause in the real style, it's nowhere like Gaga. This logo was drawn from her look in her photobook 'ayu'

After reading the feedback of the CDL logo here, fandom be like

Look at the logo -> HATE IT -> CANCEL THE TICKET -> HATE AYU -> PACK EVERYTHING -> GO TO PAKISTAN

I know, but I can't help the fact Gaga was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw it *shrugs*

I'll find it funny if she actually puts this logo in big print on her T-shirt merchandise thing. It would be probably awkward to wear it around.

On the other hand, I don't see a big reason to make a fuss over this. I've always loved Ayu's logos and they made her even more special than other artists, but it's nice to see her team and herself is changing up the concert style and stuff. The more reasons for me to love Ayu even more.

Either way, I am completely okay with this logo.

I don't know, i feel insulted as Ayu fans, if people compare her with Lady Gaga.

I don't hate Lady Gaga, i listened to some of her songs. But i feel that Ayu is far too superior and senior compare to her, and to say Ayu looks like Gaga, i feel angry.

But if people compare her with Madonna, i agree and don't have any opinion about it.

It shouldn't be taken so literal. It's true that Gaga is way too inexperienced compare to Ayu (sometimes I'm upset that Gaga is more well-known and stuff too), but in the logo Ayu really does look like Gaga. As someone already mentioned, the hair color is definitely Gaga-style. Ayu usually goes for light blonde, not to the point it's like yellow.

My point is I don't think "superior" and "senior" will affect anything in the comparison between Ayu and Gaga here. It's just an image.

The reason why it's so yellow is because of the inspiration, really. They needed more halftone on the face though and probably Ayu's actual eyes.

You know they're not comparing their careers/experience, right?
