In exciting news--I just preordered Namies upcoming album from Amazon JP and put in my home address here in the states...and it let me complete checkout without any issues! I wonder if they finally got everything sorted out

I can't speak for Amazon Japan but CDJAPAN still has items listed under the ban. It's not everything. Just certain items. A few editions of Kumi Koda's W FACE album were restricted for awhile but then it got lifted. Both the DVD and bluray of her BSC Tour have the restriction still on them along with some of Daichi Miura's items which I can think of off top of my head.

Amazon.jp's shipping is far superior to CDJ's and when all this ban business first started I couldn't order anything from Ayu, Kuu's, Namie, Do As Infinity, etc...thankfully that's no longer the case

I can't say I've read everything in this thread, but I'll say this: A few months ago I ordered my first Ayu Blu-ray concert from Amazon Japan, and it shipped with no problem (it actually got here way, way, faster than anything I've ever ordered from the Japanese reseller I usually go through from Amazon Canada).

I must've ordered 4 more items, and they all worked, then one day *everything* stopped working - every time I follow the check-out procedure, I'm now being told the item cannot ship to Canada. Even items I've purchased before. There's *never* any explanation, just that it can't be shipped to my address.

Is this related to this ban?

[Edit]
To add insult to injury, Amazon Japan keeps spamming me almost every day with items I "...might be interested in". Same results.
