Book Off is a huge chain of resale shops :)
I'm sure they're authentic.

Older releases, or releases they have a particularly large stock of, are generally cheaper.

I love BOOK OFF! I found a (miss)understood CD+DVD with photobook there for only 350yen! So crazy! Also lots of limited releases from other artists :)
