It's nice to hear her experimenting, the uplifting ballad deal can only last you so long >.>
|
Yeah, I'd hate for her to get stuck in that pretty-ballad rut.
|
I wouldn't mind a ballad if she'd do a sorrowful one for a change, but if it was another uplifting one... x_X... But, I'm glad to hear that Kaze no Tegami will be something different

I'd really want to see how she'd do a sorrowful ballad, I'd want it to have a really powerful climax!
|
^ Er, duh! :D Happy=upbeat while sad=ballad in my head.
Kaze no Tegami will be rock-ish? Awesome. |
^Ashita e no Sanka, Hitotsu and Natsukashii Mirai are all upbeat ballads.

^They where uplifting ballads, they weren't sad ballads.

^A song entitled "A hymn for tomorrow" can't be sad lol. From what I gathered (read: think I understand) in Hitotsu, it was pretty uplifting too, and Natsukashii Mirai almost hurt it was so uplifting >.>...

Well, I agree it's not really happy, but it's far from being a sad song

Musically it doesn't seem all too sorrowful to me =/ Maybe that's what's throwing me off
|
Ah yeah, the music doesn't sound too sorrowful at all, I understand what you mean. The melody actually sounds a bit hopeful, in my opinion.
|
Yeah, that's why I'm being thrown off, plus I never read the lyrics ^^;; It's the sound, the lyrics she can do what she wants with, but I don't think she should do another song with that hopeful/uplifting melody for a while

Kaze no Tegami will be more rock? 0_o
that's .. different. I can't wait to hear it! |
Oh! Paradise Taste!
