Lol now that I think about it she's never once sung GREEN live. At least I haven't seen any lives of it floating around =|. It would be the perfect song to sing along with Days though. She could wear a qipao dress or something lol.

While I don't think it fits in either -- and I almost feel a sense of disappointment -- I think for Ayu it's an important song. I definitely think it represents this year for her in terms of her career.

Even then, I still think Days would have been a better choice. The public in Japan seems to love Days D:

Days hasn't been out long enough for it to be "her song of the year". That's what it all comes down to I think. That and MW marked her first 10th anniversary single release.

I think 'Mirrorcle World" is like "evolution" probably..

Mirrorcle World was a phenomenal song for me,
The lyrics, PV, Music, is different from other artist..
(Another different i think like Utada's Passion)

i think she has had lots of practice for MW...her recent lives for it sounded gd...
and since its Kouhaku...we can expect a more elaborate gown...(hopefully she tears it apart again) lol

its her song of the year...and even the song of her 10 year career...I respect it...it's a really cool and unique song with climaxes, tension and soft moments

I wasn't a big fan of her singing this on Kouhaku but now I think I've changed my mind. Ayu will actually open the show with this song so it fits perfectly. A nice upbeat and intense song to start things off right for the female team. Since Kouhaku is essentially a battle between red and white team, I think it makes sense the females send up the "queen" to start things off right.

Ayu is top batter for the Kouhaku team.
Every year, the opening act is so impressive and huge..
Like, a big festival and ceremony.
So, it makes sense for Mirrorcle World.
It's a really regrettable thing that her hand happened when she became the star of Kouhaku. =\
