i think the outfit is a one-piece and the spotlight around her just changes the color of it? at first i thought it was a shirt and shorts and i thought she was just wearing tights or something which made her legs darker. but i guess it makes sense when you look at how light her face/chest is and the outfit and then dark on the bottom.

yeah they are similar! i think i like the one in the PV more. it also reminds me of fergies outfit from that ain't cool.. but kumi kuu looks so much better in it :laugh
