Ah ! i heard it few days ago and i was going to make a thread about it but now i think i needn't ! i think he STOLE it not cover ! i always found Vietnamese singers 're too odd ! they listen to a song , they find it good , they cover it without permision and when someone say " he/she steal it , he/she's guilty "...etc... they'll blame for the composre or their staff for their negligence and try to be innocent ~~ ! i know in Vietnam , J-pop 're not too popular like K-pop or C-pop but if they think they can copy something from j-pop and believe that nobody can know , it'll be a misunderstanding ! i hope AVEX know that and'll sue him ! come on ! AVEX ! u'll have more money ^^!

I think it's more the principle of somebody claiming it theirs when it's not. Yea, some people react a bit over the top and probably wouldn't care as much if it wasn't an ayu song, but it is an ayu forum after all.

Well it is annoying to see people taking credit for stuff they did not do but I have the feeling it's a common thing to do in Asia. A lot of artists seem to "borrow" stuff and then ignore to acknowledge the original composer..

the lyrics is not that bad...i think its quiet good
but...its not as deep as ayu lyrics...

overall its really a good cover...
but i still hate...that he use it without permission

ayu's lyrics is way.. i mean WAY deeper and she puts more feeling into her lyrics more than the CHONG MAI guy did

to tell the truth, i'm looking forward for more.... ayu's covers in vietnamese especially songs with no official instrumentals, so we can have more well-made karaoke tracks =)), it's so fun!!!!!

Oh, don't forget contacting Hoosbastank, the composer of the Messenger soundtrack, and the chinese composer from which GREEN's composition came from. They also had their songs ripped off by ayu's composers without credits.

I dont think avex will do something about it..not sure. I'd expect them to go on a catfight over copyrights if this vietnamse thing were any sort of threat to avex by any means. I actually think this guy might bring some indirect vietnamese promotion to ayu lol
