If they're making one PV for the cover album it is very likely they are preparing also two or three more to release a CD+DVD version of it.

And about it being luxurious, maybe not every scenario is gonna be a CG? And also there seem to be many costumes... This PV seems to be promising, cant wait!

Even CGI can be luxurious when well done. Just take a look at the Lord of the Rings trilogy, that's 90% CGI but it's never obvious and executed perfectly.

Being a CG student, I know that when done right with Live Action, CG looks amazing. It seems more that she has added some CG for that touch of fantasy, as she said, but it's not all CG. It could be just certain aspects of it are CG, but not full on like Whatchu Waitin On? (which was also very well done), or it could just be some special effects added in, or some scenes are CG and others not. By luxurious she could mean they do actually have some pretty nice, elaborate sets going on, like the stage on in the PV image preview, that didn't look CG. :)
