^My mom's the same xD But she got interested once, when I was watching Black Cherry Tour 2007 Special Final in Tokyo Dome (she said Kumi knew how to move lol) and since then she always asks me if she sees any pictures of jpop singers ^^
I'm so happy to read that the photoshoot thing is true! It's sad that the Kuu fans from Brazil couldn't see her, I'm sure she'd be really really happy to meet her western fans ^^ |

I wonder why CDJapan hasn't listed the UNIVERSE Tour DVD up for pre-order.
I can't wait for the announcement of the photobook... I think it'll be stunning! I love her shoots with Leslie Kee. There's so much Kumi stuff in the works, I love times like these! |

I don't think my mom likes J-Pop much, tbh. I think she just likes Kuu :P She shows the most interest in her, and compliments her more than Ayu. And when she saw Namie preform, the only comment she gave was "The beat was nice :)". With Kuu she was "She preforms so well! She has a beautiful voice!" on and on. She also choose her ringtone on her BlackBerry to be the song that is sampled in Just the Way You Are. She makes me call her back sometimes just so she can hear the song. But, more than Kuu my mom likes.... ParaPara music. My mom wants to be a ganguro?
