Honestly?

Since they are both filmed in LA, it is EXTREMELY LIKELY they are connected PVs.

I guess its normal. A forum won't be strong and interactive if everyone's gonna agree. LOL Anyway, this single (which i thought to be fake) ended up true and i suprizingly liked it!

There are these things called studios that they can use. Its not like they're forced to shoot outside.

Is that rude...? I was just pointing out that it is very likely that we'll get connected PVs. It's not guaranteed though so please don't think I was trying to respond to you specifically, it just so happened that you posted just before me. I'm just saying odds are that she will film outdoors if she does them in LA. She rarely does stuff in studios in LA unless you count like that bit in do it again and a few other PVs. (and overseas in general, Sexy little things/Microphone as a whole)

A ride through her overseas PVs as far as I can recall:
appears - on the rooftops of New York
Dearest (plus acoustic piano version) - in fields and 'on location' areas in LA
INSPIRE - deserts around LA
fairyland - various spots around Hawaii + Waimea Falls in Hawaii
Bold & Delicious / Pride - streets of New York
BLUE BIRD - beaches and such in Guam
glitter/fated - all over Hong Kong
Mirrorcle World - all over Paris
GREEN - studio lot in Shanghai (Days as well?)
NEXT LEVEL / Curtain call - Roads + studio lot in Los Angeles
Microphone / Sexy little things - Studio / certain spot in London
Virgin Road / Sweet Season - on location in LA

i just hope we'll get great PVs, unlike the random love story.. after 3 years for a new single, please ayu! do something creative. her PVs lately are very random and not creative.

The love stories are the main reason for that. I think if she avoids that, we'll be fine. All of the connected PVs were pretty unnecessary from Love songs onward.

Respectfully, you're off on "Sweet scar", "Wake me up" and "snowy kiss". "Wake me up" and "snowy kiss" were both in Hawaii (and mostly LA). Meanwhile, "Sweet scar" was recorded in a studio (if I'm not mistaken). You can see the behind the scenes pics on Deji Deji and the making of clips on all three. o_o;;

I was not too active when those were filmed, so I wasn't sure. Thanks for the corrections! snowy kiss and Wake me up in LA? I thought they were mainly in Guam since You & Me was filmed there, but I guess they chose Hawaii for that shoot. Off to correct it!

I know that Sweet scar was in LA in a home. I don't think it was a studio though... was it?

No problem. :) In "snowy kiss", parts of it was filmed in Guam to continue the storyline from You and Me. But, on the other hand, I believe you can see the backdrop of LA when ayu is sitting on the convertible (I may be mistaken, though). But yeah, "Wake me up" was in Hawaii. Although, for "Sweet scar", it may APPEAR that way, but it was filmed in a studio (judging from the behind the scenes pictures). Again, I could be mistaken and I may have to dig up the Deji Deji Diary pics. ^^;;

Looks like she shot a CM for Panasonic in Venice and then flew to Paris to shot Mirrorcle World PV.

"The PV for Mirrorcle World starts off in Paris. Ayumi (dressed in a trench coat) walks near the Eiffel Tower as she notices that men clad in black are following her. She flees from them and goes to Venice (where she is clad in a large, red, Spanish ballgown). The men find her and Ayumi runs away from them again, leaving a handkerchief. Ayumi goes back to Paris and she is finally cornered by the men inside a telephone booth (this time, she is clad in a white evening gown). A car arrives and the men disperse. Ayumi steps inside the car before giving a smile to the camera. The video is also inter-cut with scenes of Ayumi singing in lingerie and headshots of Ayumi wearing furry nails and lash extensions."

yeah, i just read on wikipedia that scenes were also shot in Venice. is good to know, because i always thought it was entirely shot in Paris.
