The YOU remix on the acoustic orchestra CD is really good. I also like the R&B remix of YOU.

Ayu's calendars always sucked. Every year I thought "maybe this year she'll release a nice one, she can't possibly release something horrendous for a 4th year in a row." It never happened.

Instead, I got a Koda Kumi calendar which had very elegant, classy, AND sexy photos.

ExodusUK 30th December 2015 02:34 AM

If wish Ayu could be elegant, classy and sexy too like Koda-chan.

I'm trying to figure out if the theme of all them past 2004 was "I'm a rich and tacky bratz doll". 2008 has to be the worst and 2009 my favourite.

LMAO!

^ I remember I owned the 2008 one. The cover and the one on the beach in the bikini were my favorite shots of the calendar.

Ryusei 30th December 2015 02:33 PM

In the 2004 one she looks older than she does today lol I love the A COMPLETE look, that dress and the hair color <3

Really? I was so over her giant hair and nuveou rich style around that point xD

She looks like a trendy soccer mom in the 04 calendar.
Her hair looks like a mullet and a bowl cut had unprotected sex and birthed a baby.

My personal favorite is the GUILTY bob. It looked so good!

2009 and 2010 are best calendars imo :yes i love her hair and overall style in 2011 :luv2 i loved her look in Love songs era

I think that aside from A Song for XX, the original ayu-mi-x AO didn't really stand out to me.

Been obsessed with WARNING again lately...maybe because of the spectacular classical version!

DonkeyKongRemix 30th December 2015 11:41 PM

After nearly 9 years of being a huge fan of Ayu and first hearing Memorial Address, though it may have been longer ago, I finally bought the album. I am so excited because it came in the mail today and I'm listening to it now. I am loving it to pieces.

I never listened to Angel's Song or Greatful Days (btw, I can't believe I've never noticed that misspelling...>.>) much but...I quite like them! I've listened to SO much of her music over and over again so it's refreshing to listen to something that feels new to me. :)

But...Because of You, Ourselves, and Memorial Address were the ones I was looking forward to the most.

It's almost 2016 which will be the year my Ayu fandom hits 10 years. When I think about my favorite artists my #2 changes quite a bit, but for 10 years now my absolute favorite artist has been Ayu. And at this point I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I hope that at some point I get to go to an Ayu concert. It's one of my biggest dreams. I'm thinking AT2019 might be the soonest that'll happen, but here's hoping!

//ABEST 31st December 2015 10:22 AM

^ me too! i decided 2016 is gonna be the year i attend to her concert for the first time :luv2 when she usually announces her ARENA TOURs?

aliceshields 31st December 2015 11:11 AM

I hope the AT will start from March, but very unlikely... I still can hope~

Pieces_of_SEVEN 31st December 2015 11:29 AM

Hoping for June dates at Yoyogi...it has become sort of a tradition and I love it. I spend a few days in Tokyo, and spend a few days in other cities like Kyoto, to experience more that Japan has to offer.

But yes please! MADE IN TOKYO ~Arena Tour 2016~ with some changes to the set list like song 4 u...ew..

tokyoxjapanxfan 31st December 2015 11:53 AM

I'd actually be really into a Made in Japan tour. I mean for CDL it makes sense because it's only held in Tokyo. But when it goes to other cities, it'd be more inclusive haha.

Then take the Japan theme to the max.
