I doubt ayu chose Midoring JUST because she didn't wanna use Shuya all the time. If she wanted to just go with someone different for the lead, she'd have chosen one of the other guys - it isn't like Shuya is her ONLY male dancer.

She chose Midoring for a reason, and we won't really know it for sure until we see the whole video. But it looks for all the world like unrequited love, one way or another.

I'm sure theres some meaning to the her-Midoring thing. I mean shes been cozy with herself in RAINBOW PV and A BALLADS cover and that was supposed to symbolize loving yourself or some stuff like that.

I just noticed that it seems like the fan dance is back for GREEN. I'm hoping this isn't a sign for the future in lives.. oi.

The more I look at it, the more I love the dancers' outfits. Look at the skirts for the girls! 8D And I see four girls! So Midoring is the lead, and at the same time a back-up dancer. I wonder if it's connected XD

i'm not at all suprised that she used Midori as the dancer/pimp (i say pimp because of the sceene where Midori is sitting and watching Ayus performance :P).
do you remember at one of her arena tours she said that if she'd be a man she would "pick up chicks" and that Midori would be her type?
so yeah, i'm not suprised + looking at all of her dancers, Midori is the only one that could pull this off so nicely :D
