For some reason, I can see her music career being really long. She'll be in the music business for some time.

She's extremely talented, and for me, she was the breakthrough artist of 2005/2006. ^^

I felt that way about her for awhile. Listened to her songs a lot and played a few songs almost everyday. I guess because she hasn't done much and ILY, I lost some of my excitement for her. It's probably why I'm hoping for future releases to be better. I don't want to dislike her.

Speaking of ILY, I played the entire album today, and it was better than before for some reason. I didn't like ILY that much before, but it is somewhat starting to grow on me. Maybe a few more listens to the entire album, and I'll start to like it more, perhaps.

i heard of YUI from "rolling star" back in fall 2006. since then, i've been with her music :D

my younger sister kept using Rolling star as her ringtone for a period of time & that went for Tomorrow's way too til I got fed up :laugh

LIFE, Rolling star, and Tomorrow's way were the song for me. Played one of them almost everyday and eventully got my friend interested in her.

LIFE is her breakthrough song. *__*

And then Good-bye Days was another breakthrough again. ^^

That was the song for YUI. It's when a lot of the Japanese public noticed who she was.

I love Good-bye days. And the movie tie-in was quite big, which really helped a lot. ^^ And also, she starred in the movie too, so that also helped in addition. :)

Having Erika Sawajari (did I mess up the last name?) star in Taiyou no Uta helped, too.
