Is it confirmed 3D?

It doesn't look like proper 3D. Ayu used a slight 3D-looking coloring effect, but a real 3D picture is much more extreme, like this.

Yeah, that seems about right. I don't think these will actually work with [red/blue] 3D glasses, haha.

I don't really get why some people aren't happy with the covers... there's a concept, she looks great, and they're colorful! Was she supposed to be dressed like a robot or a giraffe or something?

I think it wont be like old style 3D with the glasses and stuff but more like "3D" as the NEXT LEVEL TOUR postcards

^I don't think so.. they'd most likely mention that on the site if that were the case (to attract more buyers, since that'd be pretty cool). and from the picture of the box set all the covers look just normal.

The AT09 Blu-ray cover will probably be like that though, with a lenticularish 3D effect.

They would most likely advertise the covers as being special like that if that were the case.

I'm actually thrilled about these, they're simple but they're beautiful and it's a lot like her old ayu-mi-x albums, especially her ayu-mi-x II and ayu-mi-x 6. The design and the layout of the DVDs could use work but then again, this is avex.

Oh my, that picture gives me a headache xD; Too lazy to find my 3D glasses now but I get what you mean. But something still tells me this cover is one to look better in person somehow.

Yeah, I feel like these covers have the essence of the older ayu-mi-x covers too! Especially ayu-mi-x II! She's not decked out in bling or anything a la RMX WORKS but that's not the concept.

I wish she kinda had four different outfits going on, but that wouldn't make sense with the hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil theme they have for this series. UGH I WANNA HEAR THE REMIXES NOW.

Maybe it has something to do with her growing up? In the past, she always used to say that she's lost because she doesn't know who she is, right? That may explain her outrageous covers then. But now, she's all grown up, mature, even married. She's a true adult woman now who has found her rightful place (right on top lol!), so maybe she doesn't have that need to express her inner rage and all this anymore(???)
