People have veins in their fingers... especially near the knuckles. I'm pretty sure that's just her hand, haha.

I am seeing that on her hand, too...it does kind of look like a photoshop fail. Like they smudged or cloned too much and just didn't notice it. It doesn't take away from how awesome the cover is, though~
