toniayu 21st December 2011 11:06 AM

I like the new song,it isn't my favorite but it's really funny ^_^

truehappiness 21st December 2011 11:46 AM

Wow, that English male rap part is very interesting.

GET READY FOR THE QUEEN AYUMI HAMASAKI, HOTEL LOVE SONGSSS!!

AyUmIXx 21st December 2011 11:50 AM

^ and i wonder whose voice is that...
and i actually found that part is so funny lolssss

truehappiness 21st December 2011 11:57 AM

Probably the guy who normally does TRF's vocals? DJ Koo~

I listened to it and honestly I'm still not completely convinced (the ayu rap parts sound...strange ;-)) but I believe it will be fun to watch her perform it on the tour. I'm looking forward to it, maybe then I'll fall in love with the song. Who knows...

I found the lyrics to "Happening Here" and its translation on Misa-chan's blog (thanks!^^).
But I can't figure out the lyrics for the rap part (3:10-3:43) they added.
I just can understand "Ladies and Gentleman welcome....?", after that a few words like "pleasure" and "pain" (I thought he says something like "There is a book of all your pleasure, there is a book of all your pain", but I'm not sure). Than he says "No matter if you're rich, poor, boy, girl, straight, gay" After that I'm totally lost, it's way to fast for me to understand. I only understand the words "body" and "dancefloor" and the last sentence "give it up for the Queen Ayumi Hamasaki and HOTEL Love songs".
Please, can anybody help? 'Cause I think this part could be meant as the introduction to what will come next. And after figuring this little bit out I really like the song, and can't stop thinking of HOTEL Love songs as a really grand and fun show. :cool

yes i think this song will be fun to be performed on stage but i really don't like the song but ayu's vocal made this song a lot better.

i always find her strong and violent vocal in these kind of song (Dream ON).

Her rapping sounds so old Ayu. It's cute :)

Her vocals sound alright, but the chorus is so cringe worthy.

maikaru 21st December 2011 02:07 PM

I LOVE this song.
It was my childhood, so it's a great thing to listen to it by Ayu.
And her vocals are AWESOME!!

SmokikiE 21st December 2011 02:15 PM

This song is a grower and it is so addictive.

hidekirby 21st December 2011 03:07 PM

The vocals are indeed very clear!
I don't like the song though. It's not really interesting (bland, I can't feel any emotion while listening to it) and the arrangements are really poor.

TeamAyu2004 21st December 2011 03:42 PM

The songs okay... Im not really understanding the tour though....
Since she is coming out with a new album, does that mean she is going to use the themes from Love Songs, to promote, or tour with the new album?

OR...

Are we going to get two tours in 2012? a spring and fall maybe?

ohsixthirty 21st December 2011 06:24 PM

OMFG, i just realized that in the rap part it says "straight, gay."

i like this song now just for that, hahahaha! :roflmao

i hear:
ladies and gentelmen, welcome one and all
...something...
and leave your inhibitions at the door
theres a book of all your pleasure
theres a book of all your pain
don't matter if you're rich, poor, boy, girl, straight, gay

but then the other rapper...i really can't understand much of what he says at all.

The song is adorable! Her vocals are amazing and it's refreshing to hear her rap, hear other rappers in it and to hear instruments that aren't common in her songs. The chorus is a bit meh but I believe it will be better live.
I also love how she FINALLY adressed homosexuality in her songs by name instead of only visually and metaphorically like before. Even if it was the rapper, it's probably either Ayu's lyrics or something she contributed to haha She definitely agreed to have it in the song at least.

I'm straight, but I also love that she addressed homosexuality by name!

exactly!!! i'm so happy she addressed it, even if it wasn't her voice.

its too bad though that she addressed it in such a crappy song. :( this happened to me with olivia lufkin too, she addressed it in a song and i totally hated the song, haha.

ayumisrael 22nd December 2011 05:51 AM

I like it so I don't mind :D It just makes it more special!

roanmy 22nd December 2011 04:56 PM
