I like that you smoothed out her hair too. Although, it could just be the quality of the picture we have that makes it look so sharpened haha.

Well the CD only cover is known as the uncensorned one because of her huge-monkey-scary smile, and the CD+DVD one is censorned because she's hiding the smile lol Silly, but I immediately thought of that~

BTW the photoshopped version where she isn't tanned and she doesn't wear those contact lanses is so much better!

Maybe she got the veneers for free if she promised to show them off.

I dont think the cover is all that bad.
It hardly looks like her and it is WAY to bright, but over all, not her worse cover.

I've been looking through out the whole photos I don't see any halos around Ayu if High pass filter was used.. I can't wait to have a bigger photo.

I like the cover slightly, I feel like the [&] is Ayu's most perfect image for a summer single/album cover. These new covers just don't stand up to it. I was hoping that the cover would be the same image they are using for that promo poster of her laying on the sand, that looks purely amazing! CD+DVD cover looks better than CD version, if I decided I needed this album, I would buy that version.

I just can't see past the awful tan and those retched blue contacts. If Leslie photographed Ayu for these.. he's done way better.. but I don't blame him as its more Ayu and her team choosing these cover images..

CD+DVD looks nice but I know I'm not gonna like her face once we get a bigger picture.

4 me it looks like that the part (chin to eyebrows) where photoshoped onto this "headpart"...kinda strange...maybe she had another expression - and this was the "perfect" smile version

Who is responsible for photoshopping her covers? A monkey? Because his works are always horrible... I don't like the fake tan and the background but at least they are much better than Sunrise/Sunset.

Can they stop photoshopping/airbrushing/using heavy applications of eyeshadow along her nose to put trenches along the length of it? Are we really that insecure about how straight and tall our nose needs to be? It just looks freakish.

CD only looks like another cover of Party Queen that is meant to be parody :3

I looked at what the the people on forum had been doing to improve the cover and kinda made my own (two versions)
Took the suggestions of others:
- Change eyecolour
- Change the angle of the head
- Pale her skin up

Added:
- Shortened Nails
- Added some texture to her skin
- First version: Fixed her smile
- Second version: changed her smile

Resulted in 2 different ones. Original on the left, edited on the right(for comparison)

I think it's time to rename this thread to "PHOTOSHOP YOUR A SUMMER BEST covers".

you know i think leslie needs to take sosme photography lessons, cuz honestly most of his works are just good styling and good equipment; strip it all and you'll get awkward poses or just ok stuff....especially with Ayu, i though he knew her too good in posing since they worked together for so many times...and still he gets these awkward angles....:rolleyes

Definitely, like MUCH BETTER. Can you make a bigger one? I'm gonna use it in iTunes.
