I recognize Oreo, Crea, and Papico the most. I don't see the other dogs that often.:tipsy

She has a dalmatian but it is "private" as there is a weird stigma against them in Japan

If we count the dogs from before, she has had like a dozen.

Lily (deceased, her first dog), Ringo (deceased), Melon (deceased), old Crea (deceased), Marron (deceased), Purin (deceased), Pino (deceased), Vanilla (deceased)... and then the current ones, Choco, new Crea, Oreo, Kibi, Dango, Papico, and Cocoa.

So that total for now is 7?

I believe she also may have had a Choco way back when too along with Vanilla but I don't really remember it clearly.

That dog may not be hers from the 1999/2000 shoot, but someone did say it was named "Bu-chan". Can't really find many records of that dog though.

* The white Yorkshire Terrier is her first dog. It's name was Lily (deceased).
* The first dog she got and named was Ringo, a Yorkie (deceased). Her mom named it Ichigo originally it seems but Ayu changed it back to Ringo.
* There was Melon, a black Chihuahua. She named it after an expensive fruit. (deceased)
* Then Crea, which she says was named after the Honda commercial she did for the Giorno Crea!
* Then she got Marron.
* Then she got both Purin and Vanilla at the same time.
* Lastly, she got Choco, a black Chihuahua.
* She says if she were to get another dog, she might name it Cookie in the vein of names after sweet foods.

Ooooh Marron <3 I love that during her peak she would bring her dogs with her everywhere! And I'm pretty sure she set a "dog trend" in Japan with people buying the same dogs as the one she have...

And I'm intrigued to know more about the Dalmatian thing...

I love the names she comes up with for her dogs. They are so cute!

Yeah, where did anyone hear that she owns a Dalmatian????

^agree! Some name their dogs/cats/pets "Steven" or "Christina" or something but I think one of the perks of a pet is that you can name it something unofficial, like "Paprika" or "Bunny BunBun" or whatever :D
Downstaris of me lives a lady, she has a dog named Vanessa, but I call her "nalle" which is Finnish for "teddy bear" because she looks like a teddy :yes

I do like that Ayu names most her dogs after food items xD Super kawaii
