Everytime I chose agree and order it wants me to log in with ID+ (which I don’t have) or without it. But without it I have to input a Japanese name and ZIP code.
When I order at KODA GUMI the information from Tenso is already filled in and I have to use my Tenso number only. What can I do at Team Ayu shop?

I don't care about the bag but the live CD and the exclusive single are worth it. I hope they will include Song 4 U... Ayu gave so much justice for LoveAgain in that live (yes I am in the minority who likes that album).

Have you ordered stuff through TA previously? You might need one of the fluent speakers to help, but a few months (?) ago when they were starting that +ID thing I got stuck with it as well and just hit everything until it seemed to work LMAO

I'm really sorry but I don't remember exactly what I did but I think it was via entering my email and password in the lower part of the +ID screen, then you can accept the new terms and convert your account. I hope you can work it out!!

I tried connecting with ID+
But it wants me to connect it with a mu-mo shop ID. I don’t have one though. Only my TA log in info. And those won’t be accepted.

I used this site to convert my name to Katakana (you can use Katakana for all 4 fields despite it saying Kanji):

You just gotta make sure you put in your Tenso information correctly.
Pay close attention to the required fields and match them with your Tenso Info „card/sheet“. (Switching between English and Japanese page translation also helped quite a bit).
I had no issues ordering and everything arrived safely at the Tenso warehouse.

That would be really nice of you. I somehow connected my ID+ with mu-mo now.and I could order it. The phone number and address of Tenso were given correctly. But I could not enter my Tenso number.... and it said something about kuroneko shipping not Tenso... I am a little frightened it does not go well.

Kuroneko should be the delivery company/service or whatever.
Did you place the order already? If so, go to the confirmation email from mu-mo / TA and click on the link that says something like

ご注文内容確認: shop.mu-mo.net/avx/sv/mypordhist02

A little above that link you will see 注文番号:123456 (example)
That's your confirmation number; enter this and below it the tenso phone number. With this you can view and edit your shipping address.

CDJapan are doing a proxy item service for the TA version.

I went down this road. I have a CDJapan account and just had to click a couple of times to order it. Better than figuring out ID+ or other things. It did cost like as much as the two tickets for her concert I was planing to see this summer but thankfully they got refunded.

CD contents have been adjusted again! They added 3 tracks to the other 10 previously announced.

So now the 2nd CD has Ohia no Ki alongside Dreamed a Dream!
