sora-kara: Haha yeah I saw you posted that on _halcali LJ community. I'd join, except I can't seem to keep up activeness on other forums aside from AHS....I've even forgotten my password to the Koda Kumi forum I was a part of T_T...I'll keep the Halcali forum in mind though. *bookmarks*
|
That forum looks VERY new.
|
I think it is! That is probably why she is promoting it ;)
|
You're right!
It's just a baby, and that's why I'm trying to promote it. :D |
Hmm...I'm still hoping to hear more news about this *possible* new single...^^;; Hehe. :D
Edit: .....I totally did not know that Halca/Yucali will be performing at the Sony Music Anime Fest (or whatever the thing is called)...this will be at Yoyogi Stadium (same place I've been to to see Ayu) this weekend. :( I think it's too late to get tickets. :weep Damnit! |
Well I don't think the majority of us will have known too.
|
I only found out from their blog: http://blog.sonymusic.co.jp/halcali/archive/200605
Yucali says "Everyone should go! It'll be fun!" :weep |
Well on the topic of their blog, guess what I found...

^ I think Sweer mentioned that particular recording earlier ;) But haha! Such a cute picture of them with nan! That's such a huge piece of nan bread o_O And wow, they went to INDIAN curry...lol, not the Japanese style Thai curry that I'm used to having :laugh ^^ Mmm..I want to go to this Indian place that they went to. Looks like it has yummy food!
|
Well Indians were the original creators of curry, so I guess you really should try some Indian style curry. Be warned it's much hotter than the Japanese style though.
And wait till you see the size of some of the naan sold in Singapore. :laugh |
Well I've had Indian curry before ;) I just didn't think Japanese were really into the *authentic* curry. :innocent My bad! ^^;
Uwaa Halcali's blog entries are cute to read..with those little emoticon faces, hehe. :D |
*sniffle*
Aw. I can't really read the girl's blog. I only know a tiny bit of Japanese....*I can't read Kanji! >.<* |
I have to check out that Halcali forum
random: does anyone know where to find these shoes? http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/5162/25ee.png http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/619/19lh.png http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/9068/32vo.png http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/2424/40fj.png I've been looking through all of the official Converse hp, but couldnt find them |
Strange how I see them a lot over here in Singapore. Think these could have been designed personally though. Those custom designs are the rage now these days.
|
^well I've been looking through Converse sites, eBay.com, eBay.de, been searching through google, but couldnt find them
I found an awesome lot of Converse variants, but these particular ones interest me the most. |
^Maybe what you could do is to get a pair of white/black ones as a base, and make your own designs. I think it's going to be fun, though I haven't tried it out before.
|
I saw a bunch of Converse sneakers today at ABC Mart...don't think I saw Halcali's pair there though. :(
Well, at least I picked up their two original albums at Tsutaya :D: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...ipurchases.jpg And wah, they were performing today at Yoyogi Arena. :weep |
^I saw those in the purchase thread. ^_^
But hey, you managed to get the original cover of Ongaku no Susume. Was that hard to find? Or have you even seen the new cover in stores? |
^ I didn't even know they changed the covers? o_o;; ?? What does the new cover look like?
Yeah, I know I posted these over in the purchases thread too....^^;; I'm kind of camwhoring my purchases o_o;; |
It's a white background with some elaborate shield design. Kind of like a royal family's coat of arms or something. I don't have any pictures though...
