My big sister pays the most for me.
And then sometimes I get it from my second sister.
My brother bought me GUILTY album unexpectedly XD
My dad has also bought few albums.
I also pay for my few collections. I have 5 out of 27 ayu stuffs which I paid.

I buy all my J-pop.

I do, my parents don't even know what kind of music I like, the couldn't care less :P But they'd get upset (or did when I was younger) when the money went to "waste", but I consider it being my money even though I got it from my parents (allowence etc.)
