Yep. These surveys or polls or w/e you call them are pointless and just dumb. You can already tell they are trouble just by the title. What the hell kind of a poll is "most hated list"? Sounds like something tabloids would come up with...and we all the know the story with tabloids.

EDIT: "Votes done by females" <-- Hmm, I think that says a lot. Probably a bunch of jealous and rowdy girls who think they are better.

The criteria for the votes on this list don't say much about the female populous of Japan (particularly the youth, who I assume, made up most of the voters). I mean... hating people because you think they are ugly or because they dated an attractive guy or because they are just famous is kinda... yeah.

This isn't surprising. Everyone i've talked to in Japan hates her and Koda Kumi. They all seem to praise Utada Hikaru.

Exactly. Anyone that states it's just because they're "haters" or "jealous" is just as ridiculous as this negatively fueled list.

Just imagine living in a country where your top rated female artist has been virtually the same for a decade. Wouldn't you grow tired of her and want to seek out someone else who deserves that spotlight for a change?

For the topic at hand, yes some people on the list on there due to jealousy and hating but also some happen to be there because of horrible personalites and not liking a particular person's music.
