I like it... The setting reminds me so much of "Moments" and "Marionette" though, almost like a "Marionette ~episode II~" without puppets.

Yeah! I got the same vibe, Moments x Marionette is a beautiful mix!

You may call this as well 'stupid'. CD+DVD singles are overpriced. A whole DVD for some minutes of PVs is just wasting a disc, and for the buyer its also wasting money.

Then please remember PV of "Don't look back" :D

I just noticed that there's "To be continued..." at the end, so those might be the last seconds of the PV (the few seconds before that) and it officially says there will be a trilogy/continuation! awesome!

It's not really boring for me, she's not really moving and such but looking her like that putting me in emotinal (not emo!) mode =P, and she looks so pretty <3.
Obviously there's going to be something behind it.
Daybreak still takes the cake for the boring one. And it's not even MOON's full PV yet, the world can be destroyed in the lacking minute (though yeah, it won't happen in this PV lol).

Well.. nothing happens, but the flashbacks are interesting though.

So if the full PV elaborates on those flashbacks, it will be very interesting and not boring at all! :yes Especially at the end when she is sitting there, bending over with her hands in her lap and with her mouth open like she's screaming, that's a very interesting scene, it looks like she's stabbing herself. And the glass breaking and stuff..

I really do hope the full PV will show much more of that, because I don't like Ayu sitting on a bench in a dark room :(

(And don't hate me, I still adore the song and I'm still buying the single, I'm not hating on her)

Well...thats not even the actual PV isnt it?! We shouldnt lay our judgment in the first place. the whole point of a short edit is for you to be excited and no spoilers revealed (im happy they did that). I dont know what you guys were thinking when they said SHORT EDIT

i love how Dark it is so far. as usual :)
and really, how can you call it BORING? doesnt the preview intrigue you to want to watch the full PV...i thought it was editted really well...especially how the angles change as we look at Ayu...
and yes the details in the scene alone are a win. Hideaki always creates awesome material. Never doubted.

if thats so im sure a pretty good amount of ayu's ballad pvs are very boring then. :shrug

anyway. i cant just diss things as boring like that. (especially when the full isnt out yet, no?). the setting is beautiful imo. and creative. the random scenes. the ink. the other stuff. it looks like some actual intellect was put into this. which i love. and cant wait for the full. so it wont be so confusing and mysterious.

god. this is so much better than annoyingly cheesy love plot. or something in a messy or ridiculously average backdrop

MOON ~short edit~ presents Ayu who woke up in the middle of the night looking very, very depressed. Situation in the room suggests a fight with Max (or a boyfriend :D). He furiously attacked her with the candlestick, that's why she doesn't want to show her face, it's ugly. She's trying to sort out things in her head, but she realizes it's the end.

In blossom she will meet Shuya which will decide to help her with Max. (Next PV) They will beat him (NEXT PV, still fighting) and Ayu will be the director of Avex Trax, lol. (HAPPY ENDING, yay! from MY STORY, the last song on the ~7days Special~)

Maybe the short edit is "uneventful" but it obviously foreshadows some major events. The preview is also full of dark undertones and mystery. I feel sorry for people who get bored that easily just because she's "doing nothing." Sometimes when that's when she's at her most powerful (especially live!).

By some people's definition, Don't look back was the definition of boring. I mean seriously, what did she do besides cry and pose in front of her scratched up photo? :laugh

Waiting faithfully for the full version! I just wish MOON was a "darker" song for this PV...

And to those people, I'd say they were insane. :P DLB admittedly isn't the type of PV I'd usually be impressed by. I usually like story based PV's and stuff with lots of polish and dancing but the intensity and emotional pull from that PV was far more entertaining than anything I'd seen in a while and I got a strong feeling MOON will be the same. :yes
