yes Hikaru does mainly most of the rapping in some album tracks in JUMP NO.1 that contain rap

the lyrics are basically just a follow up of the boys thanking their fans all over the world in different languages, under which English, Indonesian/Malay, French, Chinese and German

i only caught the chinese part! i didn't know they spoke in those other languages too! :P cool!
