well, thelma has like about...2 compilation albums already, right? (those love songs collections :P) i guess UNIVERSAL thought they might as well release an actual BEST album now, lol. but releasing one when she only has 3 studio albums kinda scares me a bit. :(

besides for JYONGRI (and she only has 2 studio albums :dead2) yuna ito also had an BEST album after 3 studio albums. both haven't released music since then. :weep such a shame for such underrated artists. :( yuna ito wasn't dropped, though. does anyone know if JYONGRI was? (off-topic, i know :tipsy)

JYONGRI fell off the earth after her best of came out. Yuna Ito too. It's sad, because they made such good music. It's really strange too, because Soba ni Iru Ne was shattering records left and right, then Aoyama just died out.

JYONGRI's best of flopped, Yuna's did okay. I wonder how this one will do...This will also make it the 6th time Soba ni Iru Ne has appeared on a physical CD :laugh

seriously, why do these artists not do well when they have some of the best voices? good music...why????????? it makes my head hurt :headache

I think she's dropped for sure, because who ever releases best JUST AFTER studio album came out, you know? Im so sad. :(

She was always on the music shows with her singles for a long while, but since she wasn't selling even with all of that promotion, what's the point really? She has a very small, solid fan base and those are the only people buying her albums and singles.

I have my five or six Thelma gems I absolutely love and I'm sure I'll continue listening to for a long time, but her career is basically done, unless she re-images herself like BENI and debuts again... which would be really odd.

if she is leaving UNIVERSAL J (or getting dropped for that fact), i just sure hope she will do what BENI also did, not just disappear off the face of the planet. i'll be veeerry sad and upset if she ever does stop making music :(:(:(:(

She could just release music off of an independent label if no major companies want her? But yeah, she's talented. I just don't get why she's not selling well lol.

Just listened to WILL. Ugh what an awful album...I only liked 23 (and I liked that before the album even came out). Fighting Soldier would have been really good if it weren't so long. The album suffers from long length, because the songs themselves were already boring.

Wow, WILL is an amazing album! I wasn't expecting much since her sales have been lagging but I am really impressed! I can't stop listening to it :)

I think a more fitting title for SINGLES BEST is "そばにいるね + more music"

It just wasn't that memorable :/ The only thing I remember from "I'm All Yours" is the chorus where she sings "I'm all yours". Emotions stuck with me, and had some very good tracks (Futari no Yakusoku no Hi, I'm Sorry, Cinderella Story) while WILL just had 23 lol.

I can't force myself to like it. Maybe I need to listen to the entire thing again.
