But for whatever reason, the torrent I just got on JPS has disc N starting with HANABI, Sunset ~LOVE is ALL~, monochrome...

so is JPS just mistaken? Just a little confusing.

We're not sure yet, because apparently the torrent posted on JPS is not a real CD rip. The FLAC is real though, so it should be up soon in mp3 format.
