Agree. I enjoy U KNOW. I also like SMYH, but almost never play it. HOTEL was my jam in the summer. But I miss songs that I used to be addicted to, like SHAKE IT, Hands, Chase, TABOO, etc.

Didn't care for pink spider, or the remix albums, really. I only liked maybe two track from each of the last three remix albums.

Imma disagree with you about pink spider but I'll agree with you about lovely. I like kumi's cutsey trash songs. Even melting.
And I also agree about kumi not really releasing anything memorable. For the non fan, her stuff really just comes and goes. But you can really say that about any of the divas except for new namie and Utada back when she did her thang.

Actually you've gotten me nostalgic for when kumi actually released memorable songs. Like Pieces said, stuff like taboo and shake it. Even freaky and but and even aishou I think. Kumi needs to release a good album again. I mean look at namie. I never really liked her, then she made feel and I was all over her and now she's in my top 3. I liked japonesque but I really only liked 3 songs and I was gonna buy the limited edition at book off but I said it would be a waste of space because I'll skip all the songs. Like with dejavu I have it and don't consider it a waste because I like like most songs on it.

To me this whole subject of the songs being interesting or not is nothing but a matter of taste. I actually love the direction that she's going, even tho I dislike a couple of songs (Crank Tha Bass, U KNOW, etc...). She got a lot of great songs after the birth of her baby:
Pink Spider, Shake Hip!, Lovely, Dou ni mo Tomaranai, TOUCH DOWN, IS THIS TRAP?, Dreaming Now, XXX, SHOW ME YOUR HOLLA, Winner Girls, LOL, and many others.

I'm not expecting a great setlist for tomorrow's concert, but let's see how it turns out. :)

I hope the concert isn't anything like the Universal Japan x'mas live @__@

A staff said on a FC report that (s)he felt nostalgic listening to Kuu old songs while she was rehearsing, so I'm hoping for a handful of songs from before second session (I'd die for NO TRICKS and Without Your Love)

Without Your Love is such a good song! I don't think it's going to happen but Without Your Love and Get Out The Way are the only songs that I'm still waiting to see a performance from feel my mind. ♥

OMG, how could I forget about Its So Delicious? Amazing song. Honestly, overall I have no complaints about Kuu's music these days. I'm a happy fan.

With the next tour titled after the 15th Anniv, I wonder if her next release is gonna be a BEST or a single instead of a studio album... It's still possible tho, ayu had LOVE again released just before her 15th Anniversary tour

Yahoo.. I went to the last show today.

You guys are really fast with the setlist!

She wanted to sing all of her singles released from 2014-2000, but since she had only 1 hour per show, she divided them into 2 section, first half 2014-2007 and 2006-2000. Mine was the second half from 2006-2000.. and yeah, it's really nostalgic.

Each show started with Dance in the rain, and followed by those pattern above.
Fast song got only chorus, meanwhile ballads got more love (a little bit longer).
They showed rare shot-off from PV making and from her debut performance in between.

Oh, some of her dancers (and old one) showed up during Take Back.
Ooba, UG, Kaicho, Fuuko, and An-chan (she's Kuu's double)

Even if tho it's Kumi we speak here.. as I expected, singing for 4 hours wasn't a good move, IMO. Her voice was really weak on the last show, or probably because she hasn't gotten rid of her cold completely.
I can't say that today's event was a "Live show"; but it's more like a meet & greet event, with singing as a bonus. I think it's really personal. Definitely not for half a$$ fans to listen to.

Anyway, I'm so excited with next year tour. Can't wait for the new album to be announced!
