Got notification from my credit card that Mu-mo has charged me the Bluray box set...

Thought they delayed the release but not delay from collecting money.

I guess they just re-authorisation, not actually charging. But enough to hit my panic button :P coz I got the text message from my bank at 10pm :D

I got paid and I'm trying to buy the BR set now but I've had issues with it =\

It's able to be added to my cart but I've tried 5 different cards now (lol) and all get the same error:

ORDR0051: An error occurred during the purchase process. Click the cart link, please display the cart screen again.
ORDR0037: Failed to authorization of the credit card.
Product comes in the cart. please confirm the contents.

But the cards have way more limit to allow purchase =|

Just to test I bought the photo set and the badge set separately and it was fine...anyone else having the same problem today?

^ Did you try to contact your bank to check why that transaction unsuccessful?

I might do that in the morning but it seemed more of a site issue since I can do a much smaller transaction with the same card so figured I'd check if anyone else had the same problem! :)

^Sometimes my bank (bankwest) wouldn't allow larger transactions at first until I clarified with them that it was okay. Maybe it's an Australian bank thing? XD

I just went through something similar. and my bank actually declined the charge and called me up today to authorize in case they got the charge again. I really hope this is some ind of error and Im not getting charged for the set when its going to be released till the end of December....:irked

I hope not, but I will keep checking my bank CC transaction.
