Spring Day won Song of the year on Melon Music Awards today! Also, BTS won Top 10, Best MV and Global Artist.

And Yoongi won the Hot Trend award with Suran! So proud of him...

I think it's interesting the last time MMAs awarded Global Artist was back in 2013 with Psy. They brought it back just for BTS. :weep And wow, two daesangs for Artist of the Year and Song of the Year... Proud of them.

I'm also high key proud of Yoongi for getting an award outside of BTS. Finally being recognized for his own music, he must be so happy.

I'm really glad Spring day got that award because this is one of my all-time favourite songs. It's soooo good

I hope they get more daesanga at SMA and GDA ~

The "Mic Drop / DNA / Crystal snow" single is out! You can buy it on iTunes or listen to it on Spotify. Also, they are releasing a remix of Crystal Snow, but it's only available at McDonalds in Japan if you use their free WiFi. You can listen to the song using the AWA app.

BTS also released a new song as part of their collaboration with Visit Seoul. The song title is 'With Seoul' and you can download it here for free. The MV will be released on December 13.

My opinion about Crystal Snow... It's a nice song, I like it. A cheesy jpop ballad. But imo it doesn't have the winter vibes I was hoping for unfortunately :(

The Seoul song is also quite generic, but that's expected from a travel advertisement song haha

I don’t really have an opinion on the Seoul song. Everyone seems to like it but I listened to it once and was done lmao.

BTS performed the Japanese version of DNA on Music Station Super Live! Can't link the performance here though because I can't find it.

Also, Mic Drop/DNA/Crystal Snow ranked #13 on the yearly Oricon singles chart, I think that's pretty impressive ^^ Chi Ase Namida is also there at #22.

They release at least 1 album every year and they also mentioned last year that the Love Yourself series would continue into 2018, so I think it's safe to say they'll release something this year :laugh besides they're in their peak right now

The MV is so bright and quirky. And the mixtape is so perfectly... hobi. I adore it.

I still think RM and Agust D’s mixtapes are my faves, but hobi’s is really growing too. Especially Base Line and Hangsang, those two make me wanna get into a fist fight.

Apparently the mixtape is expected chart in top 50 on Billboard 200 even though it only had ONE DAY to chart. And it was #1 on iTunes in the US and over 60 countries.

A *free* mixtape did this. Amazing.

That one effect in the Daydream MV reminded me of Ayu's Lelio :laugh

so you're like most of the fandom haha For me personally, Base Line and Hangsang are my least favourite songs atm. But I love the whole mixtape tbh. My faves are probably Hope World, P.O.P and Daydream. The style of the 3 mixtapes is very different, so I'm not sure if it's fair to compare them, but it's hard to top Agust D for me XD

Hope World (the mixtape) is very... Hobi. I kinda though we'd get some unexpected side of him, but I'm not disappointed. I think the songs are very catchy. And I like how Daydream sounds really chill but the lyrics are actually pretty sad.

I'm so glad Hobi's mixtape is doing well, I'm really proud of him ;-;
