I love the song, really do, but sorry, I have to say :

Mao kinda ruins the band for me XD. I love his voice, but they're getting less and less Visual Kei and I like that, but Mao keeps wearing these extremely feminine clothes and so much make-up, and then the way he acts. They'll never attract a lot of male fans with such a vocalist >.>

From what I've read this band actually has alot of male fans, of course like any other band that consist of boys they are going to have their crazy fangirls surpassing the male fans. I know Mao is way tooooooooo feminine but that man has alot alot alot of charisma that is just to difficult to ignore.

Of course, the music is completely separated from their looks. I like some Visual Kei songs but I really, really dislike the style XD.

RAIN might even become a new favourite for me ...

I know that SID was very Visual Kei initally in their indie days but sorry I have no interest in VK groups

the only VK artiste that I listen to (of sorts) is Acid Black Cherry / yasu-san xD

My favourite (and the only one) visual kei band is Nightmare
but i don't like the indie singles of SID

I love indie SID :heart , I used to be into visual kei but idk why i got into jpop and listened to it less and less, but I Still listen from time to time to the visual k bands and songs that actually got me into the visual kei music

I want to go to Ki/oon Records & scold their marketing team for 'cursing' SID in always be 2nd fiddle to artistes T_T

but at least their selling power's relatively good/strong . They're quite fortunate in here & also getting reasonably strong tie in's to help their material sell

Yeah, they're one of the most stellar artists I know! Monochrome no Kiss sold 60k or so in its initial run (eventually 85k but it was rereleased), Nidome no Kanojo sold 50k, Uso was of course extra popular and sold 110k or so, then both one way AND Sleep sold 55k. I've never seen an artist being THAT stellar with single sales o.O.

Well, maybe Acid Black Cherry. (Always sells around 50~60k)

way before SID went mainstream , even in their indie days , they built up quite a big following which they still have til now so I'm not surprised that when Monochrome no Kiss was released , its sales were pretty good

it helped that most of their singles had relatively strong anime tie in's , like The Black Butler & Fullmetal

it's though Fullmetal that my younger sister knew about them cos of Uso

for me eh it was because I was a couch potato & I was flipping though TV channels & TV China was playing Uso's PV which I came across them xD
