There are no full performances though, just clips. That's why it's so cheap.

Is that the actual UNIVERSE tour DVD or is it just a clip collection of her best performances because I feel like I've seen all of those before...

It has a 40 min documentary on UNIVERSE TOUR and it shows a few seconds of perfs from that tour, that's why people are excited :yes
