but yeah I agree with what you said . I have been a fan of Anna's music since the time when rose/Kuroi Namida was released 3 years ago

so I know where you're coming from . I also don't like the recent material that she has released , after she returned back from hiatus as well

it's not good or bad , it's just that I'm expecting a lot more from her , seeing that NUDY SHOW ! was really solid & that time , she proved that even with a 2nd album release , she didn't experienced any slump in music direction

this time round , unfortunately , things doesn't seem to be working in her favour I feel

Atashi & Shout in the rain are really meh , in terms of songs & PVs & then now Believe in Love ?

tbh I think everything she's put out this year > NUDY SHOW!, which is just really forgettable to me.

I loooove Believe in Love. Makes me think of BLUE MOON which is my fave song by her.

LOL well usually, having another baby wouldn't be an excuse for.."underwhelming" (only word i can think of) music, so that's why i didn't really believe it! :laugh

but maybe anna herself is just going for a different sound this time? i feel like the single covers & even the songs are a bit more simple or mature, while Crazy World, BUBBLE TRIP, and Virgin Cat were more fun. i loved coccoon too :yes these songs just felt more stronger, that's all. maybe the album tracks will be better? cause this year, i've noticed album tracks being much much better than single tracks :P

I miss the times when Anna was being really experimental . Songs like BUBBLE TRIP & Crazy World were great eg.s to cite

now it seems to me that she's going back to the strip me ? route since Atashi & Shout in the rain are standard rock fares but they sound like poor cousins of let's say her debut single Change your life

I love Anna's NUDY SHOW! and is my favourite CD but that's not mean that I don't want that she come back to her origins... I think is good that Anna don't forget who was.

Unlike with strip me? this CD looks like the same style but more mature. That's my opinion.

And it's true that this "come back" is not encouraging for the sales but Anna has never had good sales... And the advertising this year has been completely void. AVEX just want to succeed his four divas, the other nothing.

All of her material are made by avex Taiwan strictly only in CD + DVD format , except for Virgin Cat & rose (which was released in both CD & CD + DVD's) & also the NUDY SHOW remix album

The flaw in YesAsia's website is that they do not state the catalogue no. unlike HMV HK

that's why I'm able to know which avex artistes only get Taiwan press release of their material
