I'm so excited she's making her comeback, the new album can't come soon enough. Been listening to her pretty much all day today. :D

ayaka’s new song “The beginning” becomes the CM song for Yokohama Tire

ayaka’s new song “The beginning” has been chosen as the theme song for Yokohama Tire’s new commercial, “Blue Earth.”

The song is the title track for her upcoming album “The beginning“, and the new CM will start airing on the same day as the album’s release, which will be on February 1st.

Additionally, one of other tracks in the album, “Hello“, is being used in Yamazaki’s “Lunch Pack” CM which is currently on air.

Okay, this kind of makes me skeptical... I have no track record of tire companies' using songs from popular artists - especially when it's new songs...

And another thing is this - what's with the "Blue Earth" commercial? Is this advertising a particular tire? Or is this advertising a tire company itself in general?

ayaka’s “Soko Made Aruite Iku yo” becomes CM song for Kubota Corporation

ayaka’s new song, “Soko Made Aruite Iku yo“, has been chosen as the CM song for the Kubota Corporation.

The Kubota Corportation is a manufacturing company that provides a variety of products that contributes to people’s lives and communities worldwide. The concept of their latest CM revolves around the motifs of “Food”, “Water”, and “Environment”; heart-warming scenes were filmed featuring shots of parents exchanging smiles with their children.

The company reached out to ayaka as they felt that the image of the song fit well with the CM’s concept and the attitude of the company.

The CM is currently available for viewing on Kubota Corportation’s official website. It will be available for TV broadcast on January 22nd.

“Soko Made Aruite Iku yo” can be found in ayaka’s new album, “The beginning“, which will be released on February 1st.

I'm kind of shocked about Kuu's new album first-day sales (and subsequent)... I'd have to imagine how would I compare to Ayaka had it not been pushed back - maybe some people wasn't aware of this...

...but I do have confidence that Ayaka could run away next week's. We'll just have to see.

I'm 100% sure terahata of jpopsuki will upload it as soon as possible, within an hour.

Ayaka has been promoted very heavily and will have had 2 music station performances prior to her album release. Kuu did no promo and had no tie-in's like ayaka. I think this album will be the best selling female album of the year.
