I think it was "live", but a pre-recorded one, with some treatment (that's why it doesn't sound like a real live).

Good thing is I’ve booked 2 hotels in Tokyo months ago and AirFrance has started flying from Belgrade so Bg-Tokyo via Paris is ~500 eur still so hurry up damn it.
