I think that A BEST 2 albums did really good!
I think that every album that sell more han 250,000 or 300,000 is already a good selling album at this times and ayu sell over the top for me ^_^.
Even if she would sell like just 300,000 avex still would get a lot of money and ayu a high salary which will give her some millions.

Yeah.. some people should keep in mind that 250,000 is platinum in Japan, after all..

Let's not forget that ayu has no studio/compilation album that is certified less than 3x platinum! (Well she has just one 3x Platinum, all the others are certified Million, 2 Million or 4 Million) officially by RIAJ.

yup A BEST2 really did very good~esp as someone else mentioned that a lot of people prefer downloading than buying the original albums now~btw it will be really cool if ayu next album's sale beats ABEST2 or (miss)understood~and i guess it will happen if ayu had a lot of popular singles and huge promotions released before that...kinda like what utada hikaru's company did to her "Flavor of Life" single..

How long do I have to wait till ayu announce a new single??? I think if Ayu have good single songs (unlike secret) her next studio album might sell more than secret....maybe not as much as (m)u but if it manage to sell around secret, I'll be very happy.

A BEST 2 already sold more than secret (individually and combined) so atleast her album sales went up a bit. I hope ayu can be like Hikki..have a really good single that sold very well even though her previous singles didn't do that well. I would like to see ayu sell over 300k for a single again.

no worries...probably around july or aug we will get a new single from ayu!and i'm really looking forward to it!hope it will be a great single with great PVs and great sale!

Same here, I already want news about ayu's new single...
I think that it has a nice chane to be triple a-side single... Though not 100% of course, but I hope so! It's just that it's been a long time since her latest releases and specially her last single so I think it have a nice chance of being triple a-side.

I know ayu will be releasing a new single sooner or later...but the wait is killing me!!

btw...does anybody know last week's A BEST 2 sales? I know they're out of top 50.

nope...it will take longer time for Black to hit the 700k mark..Black is still around 26k ahead...Hopefully both of them will hit 700k by end of this year or higher..

she has to release soon...and hopefully try to keep that A BEST 2 sales going a bit longer than it will...
