Usually the new songs are reserved for the very last set of dates.

If a new song will be done, it'll be during Yoyogi. Last year glitter was only performed on the very last date [6/10]~

^maybe that's what she's been talking about in her TA posts about the 'something' she wants to tell but the time isn't right...maybe she has a song or two ready to be put on a single.....OH I HOPE SO!!!
