Well Rule/Sparkle is a single which style isn't exactly "mainstream" to Japan (ballads are)... and it was also released a month before an album, so based on these factors, it has done well.

not too sure. but it's all depends on who are releasing at that week.

D/G has consistent sales if compared with R/S

D/G's first week sales were over 20k more too. But R/S did very well considering it's close release to Next Level.
