Yes I do have notice that too, first I think it's weird but thinking again, I remember that that wrist Tattoos(which presentin' her youth interest n also Komuro Tetsuya's time) was covered up little n little from the time Tetsuya got into copyright scandal...
Not the mention, I do belive that BEST FICTION tour tracklist has something to do with that scandal too, even tho it'd started a week before the scandal(BF tour started on 25th October 2008, the scandal was 4th November 08) ...there'r no artist who held concert n dont even sing their old time famous songs at least one...only Namie

I think Namie's management already knew about TK case way way back before Nov 08. Insider should know what happened earlier you see.

So in order not to end up with any legal case due to using TK's songs which their copyrights are already screwed up, Namie must have be informed or advised not to use them for the time being. So hence when she planning for the tour and deciding the setlist, she uses all her post-TK songs instead...

Just a basic translation
After breaking up with a member of V6, Namie just closed herself off. She don't even have any friends to eat with anymore. When she's working, she barely talks and when she have free time, she just listens to her iPod. She just totally closed herself off after breaking up and has caused a big trauma on her.
