Yeah, she's not actually from Tibet, but in Sichuan there is a percentage of ethnic Tibetans (like alan) because it borders Tibet.

I remember Ree and sachi and a bunch of other people on the Crossover forum loved alan, so I decided to try out Ashita e no Sanka...and I was just blown away by the epic win of her voice.
