....I had said in the previous thread I would make it... I made a long first post too. Yeah, like a thread never passed 499 posts. I guess you really like being "the first" but if you're going to have that childish mentality, at least put some effort instead of two words as a first post.

karakotomia, it's not a big deal to be the one making Kana's threads. let other people make them too.

It's just actually more the hour I spent translating material from her official website and a lot more from goo into English with details about her that isn't present in English Wikipedia and other threads, or in English all together, and the time I spent making the banner and organizing everything all pretty... and then for Karakowhatever to just assume it's cool even though I already had asked the thread if I could make it, with justification being "I made the previous two and I really wants to make it! :heart" and "Well it's already full!". Kana threads don't move that fast... at best by the time I got here to make it, there would've been 501 posts.

AGAIN, the Kana threads don't move that fast and I was online and just about to make it, you could've at least waited for a couple of more posts. You're just a glory craver, to use a nicer word.

Japanese artists have such insane releasing patterns. Two albums within ONE year. Most Western artists take around 2 with ease XD.

Okay guys, you do not need to monopolize who makes artists threads!!! You do NOT have to be the one to make a thread every single time. Let someone else do it! It's especially frustrating if you're not even going to take the time to put relevant info about the artist in the first post. People come to these threads wanting the most recent info about what the artist is up to and the first post is like an index/summary of that. I added some important info to the first post because it made me mad to see nothing there. I don't know if the OP of the thread intends to come back to add stuff, but it didn't really sound like it from the argument going on. Next time, let someone else make the thread especially if they are taking the time to make an informative, organized post. If this happens again, I'll just delete the thread. This isn't a race.

I've been keeping an eye on the "GAL Tokei" (http://gal.bijint.com/jp/) website and I've seen three different girls now who have listed Kana's songs as their favourite. I forgot to screen cap the first two (which were Tokutemo and Dear), but I just caught this one:

and for the record, LOVE one. wasn't 52nd this week but 56th with 1,812 copies sold which means the total sales are: 183,710.

Best Friend was 52nd with 1,583, copies sold. the single now has 63,600 copies sold.

Single's up for download. LOVE IS BLIND is fantastic. At first, I thought Grab Bag was horrid, but it gets SO addicting after more than one listen. Don't denounce it right away.

Yeah, "GRAB BAG" was like a disaster at first listen so... it's going to take some more listens lol. The style makes sense in that it's so crazy and random like an actual grab bag usually is. :)

Love is Blind hooked me instantly, but I thought Grab Bag was a disaster... but I really hated In Stereo when I first heard now I think its the bomb... so I'll have to give it a few more listens before I can really judge.

I doubt she'll ever overtake Arashi. Johnny's artist are generally fast droppers but Arashi is somewhat of an anomaly. And besides, has she EVER had daily sales over 5000 at the end of a week? Because that's what it's going to take o.O

But it doesn't mean anything that she won't hit no. 1! Her sales are already very good and I'm sure this will be her best selling single yet!
