Getting some much needed relaxation after a week of Bionic promotional efforts, Christina Aguilera was spotted poolside in Miami Beach on Saturday (June 12).
The "Ain't No Other Man" singer looked casual cute in a blue Maxi dress, fedora hat and her penchant red lipstick as she mingled with friends and sipped on a few drinks. The trip to Florida comes as Miss Aguilera spent the previous evening celebrating celebrity stylist Simone Harouche’s bachelorette party at Liv nightclub in the Fontainebleau Hotel. In related news, Miss Aguilera recently made headlines with her promiscuous comments during an interview with Company magazine, as she said, "Sometimes I am attracted to women. I appreciate their femininity and beauty. My husband knows that I get into girls. I think it's fun to be open and play. The line is real to me. My husband and I check in with each other, but I definitely love women. ^^ It is a demo album, which was unnoficially released, but then she lended her name ino it for an unspecified amount of damages, so in that sense, it is an official album. It's okay too, but nothing like her normal music, it's very 90's dance-pop. so yeah.

Storytellers is on now! Almost missed it. She's talks alot.
edit: She singing the final song Fighter and it was a little disappointing for me. Not vocally of course. The performances were flawless, but I expected more singing and less talking. In other episodes people were able to fit in a lot more in the same amount of time. She took the title Storytellers to heart. She was telling everything. Very animated! I wonder if she did more songs but they had to cut some out to fit it in the one hour slot. |

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with Bionic. :D oh yes, the album concept is REALLY GOOD! yeah... all those electronic-body, red lipstick (which really suits her :)), and the design, futuristic theme, dominated with those white & black & red & purple colors for the booklet... :D but the songs are... meh... :( aw, come on.... I just love Not Myself Tonight from this album... I really don't know what she's trying to do with all those crap songs... :( oh Woohoo and Vanity are growing on me, but I never like the others... :( okay, I'm not trying to be a hater, I'm just a NEW fan of her and I just want to express my disappointment with her.. :( Such a waste to buy this album.. :( Back To Basics is her best album so far IMO... PS: this is the longest post I've ever done. :laugh LOL no offense guys... :) |

I love Bionic, I really do. I think it's a really good album, if a little bloated. But for the love of God, she needs to leave You Lost Me as it is and not try make it some sort of uber radio friendly song by adding cheap midi beats or trying to make it a dancier version.
That Hex Hector remix is absolutely dreadful in every single way. The backing track and vocal just don't mix together well at all and it sounds like a hot mess. The only thing I could see working for You Lost Me if she is desperate to make it radio friendly is to get someone like Ryan Tedder involved in giving the song that extra oomph. The danger of it soundling Halo/Already Gone/Bleeding Love is non exsistent because the melody etc is already there, he just needs to add some more production to give it oomph. And the video is nice, she really works the hair. But the whole "Dressed in black and now I'm dressed in white to signify my new beginning" is just a tired cliché :\ |

The song is okay, but it was a bad choice for a single, at least for a single that's released in summer. She should have made Desnudate a single and then release You Lost Me in Winter.

Lift Me Up is sooooooo good imo, I would eat that track up!!, Bobblehead had so much more potential until I heard the lyrics, I listen to it for the beat, but I turn it down if someone's next to me. Woohoo because Nicki Minaj is :love and Christina is awesomeness on that track...to be fair I really like almost all the tracks except for the interludes, and a few cases of either the lyrics don't mesh with the track or vice versa.

Oh there's a Christina thread? Never noticed. I bought Bionic (deluxe edition) a few months back. I LOVE it. I love the hypersexuality tracks and whatnot. The ballads do slow it down a bit too hard though...But still, a pretty amazing album. Too bad people don't really like it :/

Bionic is really amazing :P I mean, there are like 24 songs with all that bonus material, and maybe a couple of songs I don't really care about. The album isn't some 'deep-meaning' thing, but it's very amusing and catchy.
