I find this photo on internet, from the young Ayu. I've never seen it before, and you? Does someone know more about this photo, like for what it was taken etc.

It's probably just from some of her early idol modelling days; I'm not too sure of where exactly its from though.

i love how natural she looked in her modeling days. she looks the same now, just a little bit older. :D

It's definitely one of her magazine shoots... I seem to remember it's from an issue of Up To Boy? Not sure though.

I'll look for it when I get home tonight and try & place it for you. :)

I think such photos are made for old horny japanese men. I hate how most of her old bikini photoshots reveal her crotch in a softcore porn way, in my opinion! But this is how young japanese girl try to get into business; Ayu's is by far not the only one who started her career with such photo magazines...

And evidently, its the same reason why she wanted to get out of it and do something difference; she wanted a place of her own where she worked hard for something; she really didn't like those modelling days, I guess she just didn't like just being seen and not heard.

Then again, loads of people go and do that stuff with no problems, and because they want to. Ayaka Komatsu had quite a few great acting roles, but she focuses mostly on bikini and underwear modelling.

she looks great in this shoot. so energic and young. I only think if she has worne myabe a little more clothes, she looked better. and 1995, i was about 1 year. Ayu would be like 16 or 17 right? Personally i thik that is to young to get photographed in such clothing. But without thinking about the colthing, she looks amazing. SO innocent and youthfull, soo without worries. Thank for sharing:)

i dont see the big deal with her being in a swimsuit at such early age.. :irked

She got out of SOS Modeling Agency because of that, yes. But they just moved her to Sun Music, which is where she was for the bulk of her aidoru career. They were trying to make her an idol actress, doing the gravure stuff was just par for the course. She left because she hated it. She waited until her mom was in the area so she'd have a place to live though (she was living in the aidoru company's dorms up until them, and would have had nowhere to live if she quit any earlier).

Ayu was a natural beauty back then, but I hate those kind of vulgar shoots made for perverts in Japan haha. They could photograph Ayu in normal settings too and it'd still be beautiful too ^^
