EDIT : I just looked at the website and ... what? I don't get it. There are plenty of good looking Japanese men out there, and they pick these stereotypical Ikemen figures with their smaller-than-life faces and overly produced hairstyles? Kind of a letdown, since the girls in AKB48 are pretty much all good looking.

But this group is just overload...
I may not listen to them but I like me some teenage boy eye candy (I'm 15 so its not creeperish)
I like my grown men though (like my fav jrockers + gackt) so 30 doesn't bother me either

IMAO i felt the same way... just just look gross to me . i would have expect them to select gyaru-o model or host style guys to make woman dreams but no . they just look like a bunch of plain guys .

I wanted to find their videos yesterday and laugh with friends, but then I realized that they have released only 3 videos so far and they seem not to be active anymore :P

Females don't like AKB for the same reason males do...plus they already have Johnny's for that purpose. This project was bound for failure.
