I've listened only to 3 minutes and it doesn't sound bad at all! I TOTALLY can imagine Ayu singing it. That single is really TK-ish though.

I just hope it isn't "MY ALL"-ish....

man why cant she put Gackt in a pv. Jaejoong is like any other male kpop artists for me lol. at least ive been overexposed to his face now so i recognize him. this is no fun for me haha~

Wow...crossroads single is going to be just as boring as MOON for me :/ I didn't like the preview for crossroads and I don't like Seven Days War at ALL. Why all this slow crap?

Mmm, I like that version the most also. :D The covers look like they're straight out of Popteen Magazine or random shots from the Lady Dynamite PV. That's not necessarily a bad thing (I like all the ~*sparkly suupaa kawaii*~ photoshoots used in Popteen lol), but why were these chosen for a ballad single? Who knows, maybe these photos were taken right after the "Lady Dynamite" PV was filmed and there wasn't enough time to do a new cover shoot for crossroad. That's just a random guess of mine... I'll still buy the CD with "MOON (Orchestra Version)" though. :yes

The "SEVEN DAYS WAR" song sounds really boring to me. I suppose ayu could make it better with her voice because whoever sings it in the original sounds bland. Hopefully she'll save it :laugh But I'm not putting too much faith into it.

Jae Joon is kind, talented and one of the few "hot boys" i really like and follow, i hope the PV is great.(please a kiss scene with ayu....)

SEVEN DAYS WAR is totaly an Ayu song. I can totaly imagine she would sing this, only i don't can think how it wil sound. but the songs sounds epic

I came on just a few minutes ago, hoping that there'd be some news... and there was... and I checked it all out, and...
Disappointment. :thud The covers just don't cut it all for me, looks like a cheap model shoot for some small fashion magazine, and I don't see anything in it that fits with the content. :no That's my opinion. At least I'm liking the sound of "crossroad" and the tidbits of information about the "blossom" PV has me excited too, but now I'm actually glad I'm not buying the single and have to see those Ayu pictures. If someone makes good fan-covers for the single, I'll use them instead in my iTunes.
And I think this is one of the few times when I feel so incredibly disappointed. Sunrise/Sunset set me off, but it was salvaged with the later releases but then my excitement for new Ayu releases went down a lot after Rock'n'Roll Circus. But hopefully the "blossom" PV will give me a pleasant surprise, the preview info sounds a lot like the preview info for the "BALLAD" PV did, and I loved that PV so much.

Yea, if it's true that Jaejoong will appear in the PV for blossom, that will definitely keep Ayu in the #1 spot. haha Great marketing strategy there avex. I do wish Ayu would be in the PV though. But then again, it is something she hasn't done in a while, and maybe the story line will be great without her there, who knows. I personally cannot wait to see this PV.

Seven Days War is an epic song title name... until I learned it was a cover of a song. A really bad song (in my opinion).

My favourite cover is the cd only with MOON Orchestra Ver., i love it. The CD+DVD cover looks weird, because ayu is small and i hate the words, and the other cover is the worst with that mouth

SEVEN DAYS WAR sounds boring, and i'm happy because is not an a-side.

And another PV without ayu is not a good idea, but probably some fans of jaejoong buy crossroad for him, so it's good because ayu is working and working harder.

crossroad >>> those covers. The backgrounds of those other ones make them kinda tacky looking. Sure there's still some tackiness in the crossroad cover but overall it looks a lot better than those in my opinion. I think the crossroad covers were shot by Kazutaka Nakamura, the same person who shot MOON/blossom. When I first saw them I thought of him because of the lighting.

^to me photos are photos. i dont really understand photography on that kinda level.

Also, i think its interesting to not have Ayu in PV. Last one we had was "Connected". However, it was animated. It'd be awesome to see a live action one done without her.

Sooo...her 49th single, part of a big promotion leading up to the release of her 50th single...and the b-side is a COVER?? That's really disappointing. As for the single covers...I don't like them at all. Personally, I've never been a fan of her " just stand there and look cute" covers (luckily, there haven't been many of them) and I think the outfit is tacky. More than that, there is no expression in her face at all! She has no life in her eyes (paging Tyra! :P), and is that a return of the fish lips I see?

Oh well. I'm not going to like everything she releases. Plus, I'd rather have the actual songs (and their subsequent PVs) be good than anything. And, I super curious about blossom's PV!

well connected it's an animated PV so it's obvious tha phisically ayu isn't appearing... but her a no one appaers cause there's no cast... so they don't count it =)

so the photoshoot for it was done by the same dude who did Moon...no wonder why when I saw those I was like "the same idea for the background light as for Moon...."...lol I must say i'm not very impressed with their artistic capabilities on the artworks XD i believe that I could do better...

"Connected" was also a German single that I don't think counts into her official single discography (the discography that counts for her streak). I'm not sure if the single was even released in Japan or if the PV was broad casted there.
EDIT: According to Wiki (not the most reliable source but meh) "Connected" was only released in Germany, Spain and Belgium. The Japanese people are probably not that much aware of the PV's existence.

I never would have expected Ayu to name a song "SEVEN DAYS WAR", not that I don't like the name... It's just that it sounds a bit weird to me xD.

I just think they're really nice from what I can see, her expressions are cute and I love her outfit and hairstyle + bow. I will admit they're "cheap" looking with that white background but that's the usual with ayu covers. They're good modeling shots and that's just about it.
