In June, Otsuka Ai got married to one of the RIP SLYME member, SU, and now, she announced that they are having a baby!

The announcement was made during her live concert on the 11th in Yokohama, and Ai said to fans with tears, “September 9th, it was my birthday, and I spent the day with my husband, but it was actually the birthday with the baby too. Although the baby is still very very tiny, I wanted to tell you guys first. I can’t see you guys for awhile in live, but I will look forward to see you later again.”

According to Ai, she will be due in April 2011.

I ♥ ××× got #8 weekly and sold 10,332 copies. The position is lower than Zokkondition (#6) but the sales difference isn't that big (Zokkondition sold 11,980 first week) either so I guess the sales aren't that bad!

Well, if the due date is in Apr 2011, I dun think the pregnancy was the trigger of the marriage. She got married in June, and let's say it's a normal pregnancy (9 months?), then she should got her "luck" around the end of June at least. Also, her last single (Zokkondition) was an prelude for her marriage announcement. So no, I think her marriage is based on love :). (of course, I dun mean others who had short gun weddings are not about love. At least I believe Eita and Kimura Kaela are a lovely couple).

I just want to say congratulations for Ai-chin that she's getting a new baby! Especially in a country where most females - particularly Japanese pop artists - are single, this relieves us here...

I hope her baby is taken care with LOVE!!! Some things to watch out for:

• No alcohol
• Do not smoke
• Watch what you eat
• Watch how you sing...?

I don't think Ai smokes or drinks so we're good on that lol.
