-Ayu is the first Japanese artist to have the files included on the USB (48KHz, 24bit, wav.file) to be of higher quality than the songs contained on the CD. They are apparently 278 times better than the files on the CD.

I hope I'll like the colab single, because I HATE HATE HATE everything AAA has released recently with a passion burning with the intensity of a thousand, nay, a million songs. Hope it'll be more like Ayu's music than AAA's music.

As for the album, great news! Just hope that the title isn't a premise for the theme of the entire album... Love Songs sounds an awful lot like ballad-central.

As for the album, Love Songs? Oh no, is this going to be ballad-heavy? 9 new tracks, which means probably 3 interludes, leaving us with six new songs. I REEAALLYY hope there's ONLY one new ballad. =___= But I kind of doubt it, so... huh.

The CD+DVD and CD only versions do not come with a photobook.

I'd prefer A BALLADS 2 for consistency (since that's probably what's going to happen here). I'm really surprised this is a title for an original album and not a compilation.

So only the USB version is going to have the photobook? WHYYYYY D: I'm kinda 50-50 about this album now :/ Maybe in the future they'll announce more first press specials for the CD and CD+DVD?

^ Though anything is possible, the photobook is LP sized, so it would look a bit silly attached to a normal CD/CD+DVD package haha.

I think it's funny that it says there are 15 tracks total. But after it lists MOON, blossom, crossroad, Virgin Road, Sweet Season and Last angel, it says there are another 8 songs. 6 + 8 does not equal 15. :P

Personally, I don't think the title has any correlation to the type of music that will be included, but rather, the content of it. Love songs don't have to mean ballads.

In Japan, cellphones have micro SD slots in them, so I think the main reason for including it is so people can just stick it into their phone and listen to the album that way. :)

love songs doesn't always equal ballads. With ayu, the 'love' could be from the lyrics of rock or upbeat songs.

Nice, new album :) Shame the photobook only comes with the limited item. There's no way I will be able to get someone to order it on time, so I'll have to settle for the CD+DVD version. It's a little disappointing, I love getting photobooks with albums.

I'm both excited and disappointed. The album title sounds so... recycled. And no photobook unless you buy the super expensive version? That just plain sucks. Love songs... Kinda lame title, but doesnt necessarily mean ballads... We didn't have just ballads this year! And remember Rock 'n' Roll Circus was everything but rock.

Collaboration single... Why not, I won't buy it and I think she has enough work to deal with!

I'm really excited for this album. All the singles were consistent (minus crossroad maybe) and were fitting each other really well. I don't want another incoherent album with every genre on earth in it. I love when an ayu album is released at the end of the year, it is more special and easier to follow!

Yeah the same way we expected Rock'n'Roll Circus to be an all rock album. Many of Ayu's upbeat songs are in one way or another love songs ^^

ugh. I want to cut class now because I don't want to miss the preorders :( Based on how fast the NEXT LEVEL USB and the RnRC box sold... The super limited version will be gone :(

I understand that with a title like "Love songs" many assume it will be slow or ballad heavy, but really, after "NEXT LEVEL" and "Rock'n'Roll Circus" most should have learned that it isn't always so easy. I'd imagine her to release an album titled "POP ART" and it would be the rockiest album to date.
It could be about various kinds of love. Like love to her mother, to a friend, to life, to music. I think that maybe she will say something like this about the album. "Microphone" is basically a lovesong about music and it's far from being a ballad.

I'm looking forward to the album. ^^ Though sadly the photobook is only added with the limited edition. I'm not really interested in it, despite the photobook, so I will probably get the CD+DVD version. And I think I might get the single, too. But I have to see how much her involvement actually is. The collaboration is really interesting, though. I remember that a member wrote that Wada Akiko asked ayu to write something for her back then when she was on "ayu ready?". Well, it's a different person, but she actually wrote something for someone else.
